Event Venues Marketplace Changing the way that people find and book event venues! Eventup is a marketplace for event venues - I have been working on this startup as co-founder and CTO since November 2011. Search, save and book unique venues all over the country. We allow users to book a site walkthrough before their event, and also can make connections with event planner services.
A jQuery plugin for simplifying time inputs. Timesplitter was originally developed as a UI improvement to the text inputs generated by Django's TimeInput widgets, but it is useful anywhere you need an unobtrusive, degradable way to improve a time input. It is fully styleable using CSS and requires only the use of jQuery.
Platform Developer Lifee is a social game and networking service built by SkunkWorks Digital. It turns the concepts of badging, hashtags and the "Like" button upside down in a fun points-based game with friends.
My Contribution: In addition to concept and product design I also built and manage the cloud-based server systems and source control, social syncing/sharing apps, and contribute to front end UI.
Platform Developer Myspace's self-serve brand community creation and social activation platform. It includes a site builder with social modules, code editors, asset uploader and manager, etc.
My Contribution: I contributed a lot of work on the front end (drag/drop functionality, asset manager, UI components) and also manage the server administration, source control etc. for the platform.
Specialized high-traffic ad server This is the Myspace in-stream advertising platform, which I was hired on to build in April 2010 and completed in 90 days. It has its own tools for ad creation, management and tracking.
My Contribution: I designed and built the entire product in accordance with the initial Myspace product specification.
Lead Developer / UI Designer NetConference.tv is a webconferencing and social collaboration suite. Users can host online meetings using video and text chat, document and desktop sharing, file sharing, interest groups, and more.
My Contribution: This project in many ways is my brainchild. I designed the UX and feature set, and built everything using the Django web framework. I did all the front end and back end programming with the exception of the Flex/FMS work and the document processing.
Web-based Twitter Interface A very popular Web-based Twitter interface that I built after the success of the iPhone-optimized Web app. Integrates several tools that the Twitter Web interface is lacking, such as a bit.ly URL shortener and analytics, TwitPic uploader, search, hashtags, retweet and more.
My Contribution: I design, build, and maintain the entire Web app.
